If your fantasy team is looking Sunderlandish then I doubt you are reading this article.  If your team is cruising to victory in Chelsea fashion then your team needs no rotation.  For those of you somewhere in the middle I have dug deep to find four players under 40% owned to feature in the Four Up section and four kind of big names to consider benching/dropping in the Four Down section.

Four Up:

Adam Smith – Bournemouth, Defender, Age 26, 36% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 25.25 Points (6.31 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 43.25 Points (10.81 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: BUR, @LEI

Advice: Adam Smith’s last three performances (9, 22, 14) are nothing to scoff at.  If you are in a playoff league where DGW’s do not count then consider Smith who finishes the year at home versus Burnley and away to Leicester City.

Billy Jones – Sunderland, Defender, Age 30, 3% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 38.25 Points (9.56 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 40.25 Points (13.42 Avg. – 3 Games)

Upcoming Games: SAW/@ARS, @CHE

Advice: Billy Jones scored a goal in route to a 31 point performance against Hull City in GW36.  Despite the win, Sunderland have been relegated, but having nothing to play for could benefit their attacking efforts.  Jones should continue to get forward as Sunderland face Swansea City and Arsenal during their upcoming DGW.

Victor Anichebe – Sunderland, Forward, Age 29, 13% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 8 Points (4.0 Avg. – 2 Games)

Gameweeks 33-36: 30.5 Points (7.62 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: SAW/@ARS, @CHE

Advice: Over his last five appearances Victor Anichebe has recorded five key passes and 34 aerials won.  Forwards are in short supply and Sunderland have the advantage of a DGW during GW37 for table (non-playoff) draft leagues and weekly Perfect XI rosters!

Nordin Amrabat – Watford, Midfielder, Age 30, 22% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 12.5 Points (3.13 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 30 Points (7.5 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: @EVE/@CHE, MCI

Advice: Nordin Amrabat has recorded five key passes, nine successful take ons, and six tackles won over his last three matches.  Watford have a tough road ahead as they travel to both Everton and Chelsea during their DGW.  Amrabat tallied 15.5 and 14 points earlier in the season during his previous encounters with Everton and Chelsea, which makes him a sneaky differential.

Four Down:

Kevin Mirallas – Everton, Midfielder, Age 29, 85% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 40.5 Points (13.5 Avg. – 3 Games)

Gameweeks 33-36: 18.5 Points (4.63 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: WAT, @ARS

Advice: Kevin Mirallas has failed to score a goal in his last seven outings.  Everton do not have the advantage of a DGW during GW37 and then travel to Arsenal to finish the season.  The Watford match is enticing, but Mirallas managed just 4.5 points at home versus Watford earlier in the year.

Nader Chadli – West Brom, Midfielder, Age 27, 66% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 41.5 Points (10.38 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 9.5 Points (4.75 Avg. – 2 Games)

Upcoming Games: CHE/@MCI, SWA

Advice: Nacer Chadli did not feature in GW37 and West Brom’s DGW consists of a home match against Chelsea and an away match versus Man City.  Drop Chadli for Wilfred Ndidi, Aaron Ramsey, or James Ward-Prowse (in that order).

Nathan Redmond – Southampton, Midfielder, Age 23, 96% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 51 Points (12.75 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 22 Points (5.5 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: @MID/MUN, STO

Advice: Nathan Redmond has recorded nine or less points in his last four matches.  Redmond came off the bench versus Liverpool and came off the field early (70th minute) against Arsenal.  I would expect him to sit one of the two games during Southampton’s DGW GW37.  Any midfielder with a better shot at two starts during the DGW gets my nod of approval over Redmond.

Oliver Giroud – Arsenal, Forward, Age 30, 80% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 12.5 Points (3.13 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 23 Points (5.75 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: @STO/SUN, EVE

Advice: Giroud came off the bench to score a goal versus Southampton, but I do not see a scenario where he gets a full 90 before the end of the year.  If you are in a semifinal matchup then you cannot count on Giroud, especially as 12 other teams will have played before Arsenal kicks off on Saturday.

Two to Watch:

Raheem Sterling – Man City, Forward, Age 22, 99% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 39.5 Points (9.88 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 26 Points (6.5 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: LEI/WBA, @WAT

Advice: Raheem Sterling has started just two of Man City’s last five matches.  Sterling is more likely to start with Aguero out injured, but you will want to check the lineups before kickoff.

Troy Deeney – Watford, Forward, Age 28, 95% Owned

Gameweeks 29-32: 18.5 Points (4.63 Avg.)

Gameweeks 33-36: 19 Points (4.75 Avg.)

Upcoming Games: @EVE/@CHE, MCI

Advice: Troy Deeney didn’t start last game due to fatigue and Watford travel to Everton and Chelsea during GW37. Unlike Amrabat, Deeney does not contribute much outside of goals, which limits his upside agaisnt better teams.
